  They deserve no stars. I am only writing this review to warn other people. The price isn't worth it. The most unprofessional service I have ever worked with. Stacy Cotty is the worst director of crematory services and horrible person. It's been 2 months since my dad died, to this day he still isnt cremated!! She lost some of our paperwork, she is unorganized, no call backs, no replies to emails, and she got fired last week and left our cremation unfinished! Don't take your loved ones here, please. We should've taken the advice of the other bad reviews. This has been heartbreaking and stressful experience. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

  I have never dealt with arranging funeral services in Las Vegas but I have in other states so I thought this was all just a bit odd. As we were removing my mother from life support, I was given a list of funeral parlors and crematoriums that I needed to call immediately. There's no morgue in the Vegas hospital so it had to get done quickly as I was advised by the hospital. I wish I had taken or just had more time. With a list of phone numbers and knowing her wishes, it seemed to fit. I didn't have time to do alot of research. In summary, it's been 6 weeks since she passed. We were to have the remains shipped to us after the cremation. For whatever reason, it APPEARS that cremation can be really slow in Las Vegas. I received a phone call on May 10 that remains were to ship. It is now May 22. No remains and no call back. The next calls are to the county, the sheriff and an attorney. If you're reading this and in my situation, please heed my advice and go elsewhere. This is horrible. A birthday and Mother's day has passed and we cannot put this behind us.

  Sunrise cremation lied about an Anitomical donation papers were forged and then the emloyer was fired this was a year ago and I found out that my93 year old mother was donated against my wishes I was hung up on. And told I was lying don't take your loved one to this awful place. They arent professional and they lie
